SHIPPING:

• Your product is delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped. Your download should be ready as soon as payment is complete.

• Letter Sets:

• I ship via USPS Priority Mail.Shipping will be calculated at checkout. If you have questions, email me.

• Mugs:
• Shipping for one mug in the US is $4.50 + $2 for each additional mug. Shipping for one mug outside the US is $10 +$2 for each additional mug. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice. If you have questions, email me.

TURNAROUND TIME:

Letter set turnaround time depends on my current order volume. Currently, my turn around time is 4-6 weeks.

RETURNS:

There are no returns on custom letter set orders since they are handmade just for you. Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns on digital downloads.
